I walked in their office and was greated by Annette who was soo very pleasant. I was trying to describe what I was told was wrong with my car and Dave swiftly pulled if in the shop to get a better idea of my issue. It was obvious that he cared about getting out fixed for me. I needed to talk it over with Chris and he called me RIGHT BACK. It was an awesone first impression. They have my loyalty already. Thank you!!!
These guys canceled my UHaul reservation without notifying us. We got a phone call from UHaul asking us if we wanted to cancel and we said "What? No, we need that reservation. Please do not cancel it." So they said OK and hung up. I was suspicious though, and so I checked today, and realized they'd outright canceled our entire reservation anyway. WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US. If there was a way to make multiple reviews I would, Titus has always gone above and beyond expectations and morals. In 2021 we brought a Cadillac to Chris and told him the torque converter was bad and asked for an estimate to have it repaired. He called back the next day saying the transmission was flawless and it was not the issue, this year we brought a 2016 Colorado duramax to Chris having transmission issues after buying the car. This garage is by far the most honest of any shop that I’ve ever dealt with and it it's all because of the owner Chris. This is why the garage gets 5 stars across the board: 1-price, 2-communication, 3-honesty and so much more! I’m a repeat customer because of all the reasons I have listed above.
