Awful office management, they only answer phone messages on the one day they are in the office. I left a message on a Thursday regarding rescheduling an appointment and needing a medication refill. No one called me back until the following Tuesday (when I was supposed to have my appointment). The staff member left me a message that they would check with the doctor about my refill and call me back. But there was never a second call and no one seemed to care that I ran out of my meds.
I never saw a John Titus but a female Dr who only comes on Tuesdays is terrible. She missed my appointment and never called befor or after even after I left several messages for a call back. I recommend another Dr. I was a new patient and simply inconsiderate.
