Deborah Titus is pleasant and helpful upon first impression. We only used her services for three months, while my mother was in an adult family home. I would have to say that when we really needed her, her responses were curt, or not at all. When I emailed her that we would have to cancel our appointment as my mother was put on hospice care, she didn't have the decency to even respond! Pretty sad level of empathy or care. If I had to do it over again, I would choose a different provider rather than going with convenience.
