I avoided Titus Mower for years because of poor ratings primarily for poor customer service even though I live in the neighborhood. About 4 years ago I began bringing my equipment to them for repair and have had nothing but good results. Today they dropped off my JD riding mower which needed the mower deck bracket re-welded. Not only did they do a great job with this repair, but they called to tell me that the mower blade bushings were shot (which I knew about). First of all, you have to pay a $50 upfront diagnostic fee in order for them to take in your mower. I dropped off my mower mid December. I heard nothing back for 3 months before I called. I was told they were “having trouble figuring it out” and that they would call me when they have more info. Three weeks later, after hearing nothing, I call again and I am told the mower is “worn out” with no further information as what is “worn out” about it.
