Good shop for parts & advice.
Ignore all the bad reviews!! This company and staff and owner go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Titus mower for any small to big jobs, these guys will handle it all. Thank you guys for providing me great service and a wonderful experience.
Reached out to Titus mower beginning of the summer that needed a new mower. They found me a great bargain on a sweet Cub cadet. Clean as a whistle and great shape. Delivered. Runs great. Did have problem in the fall with it. Mice got involved.. Hate them mice. They picked it up and figured it all out covered under the thru the season warranty. Great service dept. Admin etc. can't say enough great things about them thank you Titus mower.
The people at Titus Mower are exceptional! They have always been good to me with my snowblower and tractor repairs, but this time around my mower deck fell out from under my tractor. Matt was great to sqeeeze me in with no notice at the end out the season. He was able to weld new plates and bolts on my deck so it can be reattached. The welding is superb and he reattached my belt for me and sharpened my blades for spring. Titus Mower is my new hangout! I mow lawns and cut firewood and I love going there. They give good, friendly, & honest service. They always fix my equipment on the first try and they don’t try to sell me something I don’t need. A big shoutout to Lilly( the best counter girl in North America), Matt( a master mower tech), and Tim( a top manager), and to all the new and used products I have purchased there!
