This place at least exists, but the hours say they close at 5 PM. At 4 PM on a Tuesday there was no one there and a sign on the door saying they were out of the office.
TitleCore is a very professional and efficient title company. I have never had a bad experience with them and have used their services multiple times. They are particularly good at sending email and text notifications when items are needed, when steps have been completed, etc. to keep me up-to-date!

Apparently 1031 reverse exchanges are very difficult for this guy. I paid him $920 to basically just sit on a title and when I needed information to prove that I owned property that I paid 750K for he couldn’t provide it until I went through my own attorney to provide it. I am sick of attorneys charging huge fees and balking if they have to do 10 minutes more work for what they charge.
