Waited 9 days after closing for my proceeds to be wired to me. I was told they thought my loan holder sent the payoff to me. I hardly think it works that way and sounded like an excuse. At the very least wouldn’t someone reach out to me if they thought I had the payoff? Nobody reached out to me for 8 days. Once I called them it got things moving and I got my payout the next day. That’s how I know I was likely forgotten about. Every day that they didn’t payoff my loan was interest accrued. That’s why they get 1 star.
