Horrible experience. Even worse customer service. Extremely unresponsive. Mislead and misinformed by multiple staff. Four or five different staff involved, that do not answer the phones, made it very confusing. Didn’t get a hold of anyone until the day before my appointment to set up a time. Followed staff instructions on documents and provided my information as requested. The next day they were unresponsive.
