In general mortgage title insurance is a scam. They almost never have to pay out and keep more that 90% of your money, whereas normal insurance companies seldom retain more than 20%. That's bad enough, but this office is horrible. First, they are careless. The agent didn't bother to actually confirm my mailing address and was sending documents to the wrong address. Signed with Pam in 2019 and did a refinance this year 2020 with Cindy both were professional, everything went OK, and the staff was very nice. There are always issues that can come up at closing, and our refinance had issues, but it was all on our lender not having docs not perfect, but Cindy was awesome got it worked out and we had time to wait. I would recommend Title Security of Oro Valley to anyone looking for a professional experience, which is exactly what we had both times going there.
Took forever to send my title work to the appropriate parties. This place just doesn't care.
