lazy incompetent staff and management is not on-site like they love to claim
Terrible management company. The rentals might be nice and the prices are low but I d gladly pay more for a company that gave ANY consideration to their residents.

The owners ( Title Realty) are terrific but the woman who runs Lafayette makes you feel like you are harassing her every time you call with an issue. They fix what needs it quickly but not without making you feel like a pest. She makes you not want to call her by design. Its why no one stays there.
horrible place to live got a really bad story if anyone is thinking about going there email me first because i guarantee my story will make you change your mind!!
