Do not trust them. Their system was compromised. Cost me 156k in fraudulent wire transaction. Somehow they got my other review deleted explaining the full story.
FRAUD! Beware, just lost 156k because of the way this company handles wire transactions. Most likely an inside job, but at best, they have an unsecured network. Emails came in looking exactly like it was from them, with a HUD to the penny, minutes after the mortgage broker submitted it. How would a scammer have the exact total minutes after the mortgage broker? How would they have all the info and face to look exactly like it came from title? Please don’t use these people! They don’t know what they’re doing. There’s a better title company out there!
Excellent customer service. I worked with Brittany and was kept up to date throughout the purchase process through closing. She traveled to us for the closing and the entire transaction was completed promptly, professionally and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Title Pros and Brittany to anyone purchasing a home.
