People did not act professionally, not on time during the closing day. It was scheduled to sign the documents and pick up the key for the apartment at 11:00 am. To sign the documents didn't take more than 5 minutes. However, the key was not there and I stayed waiting until 12:00 pm and it never came. Then I had to come back another day only to get the key.
