I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Ramsey and Lawyers Title for any title company needs you may have. Closing was quick and easy, but more importantly, not so quick that we didn't get questions answered clearly and to our full satisfaction/understanding. Jason said if we had questions down the road regarding escrow/taxes, etc he would be happy to help us out. Nice offices, but you need to stay on top of them. I worked with Kathy. She missed that property taxes were already paid, about a $15K error at my expense. More importantly, she never checked the mortgage lien amount, which led to a $500K+ error that I, a first time home seller, caught and alerted them to fix. The sale would have gone through with a 500K lien on the property! Despite these errors, they still charged their full fee. Never even tried to remedy the issue. Such a great group of ladies at this title company! As a full service realtor in the DFW area, they work seamlessly along side me to manage the title process so I can focus on other tasks knowing my clients are being helped with level of service and care I expect. Plus, the fun golf zone adds something extra to the experience in their offices!
