Sold my husband's business office over a year ago, through this title company. I just found out that ever since then I've been paying water bills for both the property I sold and my home, because Title One never informed Denver Water that I no longer owned that property. And now I'm having trouble getting anyone at Title One to pick up the phone.

Title One did not pay Denver Water, resulting in us owing a late fee. Did not return multiple voicemails. The one time I did catch someone in the phone she agreed that they needed to pay and promised to handle it with Denver Water, but they never did it.

I was not impressed with Title One. Josh would not return my calls and got the transfer amount wrong resulting in a minor fire on close day to put out. The closing agent was harsh and unpolished and spoke to us in an overly authoritative manner. I also had to really stay on top of her to get soft copies - she seemed lazy and tried to do as little as possible. I would use a different title company if I have a choice next time.
