I leased a home from this company. I resided for two years. I WOULD not tent from this company. They appear to be a good company in the beginning but will keep your deposit and charge for painting walls at move-out at an astronomical fee. They find ways to charge for extras as well as light bulbs, cleaning of gutters when the property is not maintained at the beginning of your lease. There were many safety problems as well. Do not us this company! I used them to Lease a house and adairsville, after they left me to evict two people that weren't supposed to be living there, I fixed the damages caused by them caught the rent up and now they want to evict me! Do yourself a favor Believe the bad reviews stay away from these guys they're liars!

If I could give a lower rating then I would. Some things in the house we are renting from this company have been broken since before we moved in over 9 months ago and have yet to be fixed. After we first moved in we had called them because we were noticing a rat and roach problem. Nothing was ever done to address that issue or any others. There's been leaks that have still not been fixed, a broken dishwasher that's still sitting there, and we even occasionally get stuck my staples in the flooring from the carpet being improp... read more

Our lease and tenant handbook clearly state that there will be inspections of the property throughout the lease. Scam Artist of the year!!!! I am definitely ready for court when it comes to this company!!!! I moved out due to their unit being infested with RATS AND ROACHES!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE INDEED CONARTIST. They are trying to charge me over 2000 dollors in move out fees because I decided to move out before my lease was up!!!! I had rats coming up from my AIR VENT!!! RAT FECES ALL OVER MY HOME....ALL OVER MY KIDS CLOTHING....IN MY DRESSER DRAWERS!!!! RAT HOLES IN EVERY CORNER OF THE HOME!!!! 80 PLUS DEGREES... read more

We leased from this firm for 56 months. Our lease payments were never late. The owner Mr. G******* and Christian A****** were great to work with. We have nothing but respect for both of these people. I cannot write the same about the other folks in this office that we dealt with. I am sure these folks will eventually be finding other employment as a good business owner will discover who is doing what and when. I only wish I could say that ******* was exaggerating or something but he is not. To say we had a lot of problems at this property is an understatement of epic proportions. Between time delays, bad contractors and turnover of 2 staff that handled his property ******* was a saint for putting up with it as long as he did. I was so frustrated and fed up with repair contractors I remember telling him that if I had a way to exit the property maintenance side of this business I would. He was a great tenant though.

I interact with Title One Management as fellow property manager and I can say from the outside perspective that their services are TOP NOTCH. Robert Gilstrap the owner is ethical and one of constantly brings new innovations to better service his owners. I can't recomend them enough to anyone in the greater Atlanta GA area.
