I leased a home from this company. I resided for two years. I WOULD not tent from this company. They appear to be a good company in the beginning but will keep your deposit and charge for painting walls at move-out at an astronomical fee. They find ways to charge for extras as well as light bulbs, cleaning of gutters when the property is not maintained at the beginning of your lease. There were many safety problems as well.
