STAY AWAY. Unresponsive, unprofessional and lacks basic customer service of a Title Company. Once they have your business and your money, they do not care to follow up or service the client. I closed on my property in Nov 2024 - I still have not received the deed to the property in June of 2025. To make matters worse, they delivered it to the wrong address and have yet to follow up with me or the county to get the deed. There are many Title Companies that deserve your business - Title On Demand is NOT one of those companies.... read more
