It is a Popcorn shop now not a title place
Friendly lady. Good at her job. Very helpful.
It took 6 weeks for this place to get a title transferred and a registration, on a used car I bought. And it cost $132.50 more than what I would have paid if I had driven to the DMV in Spencer or Point Pleasant. I'll drive 30 minutes to the DMV anytime in the future when I buy a vehicle.
Always friendly and helpful service when I go there!
