I’m currently sitting here in the office I’ve been here for about 20 minutes and I have yet to be seen or acknowledged by anyone. Nobody is here in the office at all with the door wide open. Not a good time
We made sure to get off of work early because their hours are 10-4 Monday -Friday only to wait almost an hour on a Wednesday and received no help. Called the number MULTIPLE times and was sent to voicemail everytime. There was no one in the office to even speak to me. Why advertise open hours if you aren’t going to be functioning?? Absolutely ridiculous.
