Amazing workouts and even better staff! So friendly and you can workout at your own pace! Definitely a calorie burner that doesn't even seem like a workout! I recommend everybody I know! (:

BEWARE!!! This company has a HIGH turnover rate with their trainers and the district manager will throw his former employees under the bus to keep from making himself look bad. I wanted out of my contract as soon as all of the good trainers left unannounced, on the same day; the new trainers expressed little interest in actually helping me with my previous conditions. My bank account was charged two times within a week, I have yet to receive my refund. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS OR SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.
