i love it here!
The gym is super clean and well equipped, the staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. All the trainers are great and know what they are doing. They are always motivating everyone in the class and teach the techniques with correct form. Overall the gym environment is great for a tough and fun workout. 100% recommend it if you want to learn good boxing techniques or are just looking for fitness.
One of the first workouts I enjoy. The time flys by, the coachs and other participants are so supportive and encouraging.
Friendly staff, great routines, plenty of class times for all different members, good music and worth the price!
