I tried Title Boxing for the first time using ClassPass, and I’m seriously considering signing up directly. I’m a complete beginner, and I had such a blast. They reserved a locker for us, taught us how to use the wraps, and the coach walked us through each of the main movements before class started. There were some things I couldn’t do (push ups) and longer breaks I had to take, but at no point was I told to “keep pushing” or try harder.
