Friendly staff, great instruction and an awesome workout!
Everyone at this location is super friendly. I took a class with Chris and was blown away by his attentive, skilled and energized instruction. Whether you've never taken a TITLE class or you're familiar with the franchise, you'll appreciate the cleanliness and community compacted within this tiny gym.
No one at this location takes ownership. I have billing issues and no one is taking responsibility or ownership to resolve it. I have my notice to end my membership a month in advance as well paid first and last month membership fee in advance however when it comes to end the membership the staff is not helpfull, the manger relies on corporate office to resolve the issue but I don't understand if corporate is taking care of the things then why do you have tons of people at the location?
