Great Place! I was invited by Antonio (Head Trainer) and I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew that I needed to do some cardio, but I hate running. After an hour class I definitely got my cardio in. Antonio was great about not only giving me tips about his class, but also about working out in general and how to better attain some of my goals. I would recommend it for anyone who wants more out of their workouts.
