The instructor and everyone there had a positive, welcoming attitude! I didn't feel self-conscious when I was there for my first time after a very long hiatus from the gym. I modified and felt comfortable doing what I needed to do for my best workout!
It's the best workout I have ever done. I missed TITLE Boxing so much when I was recovering from illness that I worked harder to get well just so I could go back.
