This place is a joke I was very leery when it wasn't a part of the Better Business Bureau. I've been to this establishment three times each time there was an issue, trying to support.This was the final straw I had to cancel and try to reschedule my appointment because I tested positive for Covid.the day before my appointment . When I try to reschedule, I could not use my $50 deposit I was told it had to be 48 hours even though I tested positive for Covid the day prior to my appointment I lost my $50 . Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional staff. Would not recommend anyone to support this business. Since I was given the run around while attempting to resolve the issue I had with my hairstyle, I had to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Bowie Town Center and I found out some extremely disturbing information about the salon during the process.
