Great gym, trainers, and equipment but the music does not match the atmosphere.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this gym handles memberships and cancellations. I clearly informed them that I wanted to cancel my membership, but instead of processing my request properly, they continued billing me and eventually sent my account to a debt collector. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
