My boyfriend and I have only been members here for a few weeks, but we love it so far. Chris and Andrea are so helpful and super nice!!!
Unfortunately had a negative experience my first time at the gym - I simply went in looking to see the facility as it had great reviews and was met by a female staff member who seemed annoyed with my inquiry, stating " this location is for serious people who body build and train ". I was surprised at the tone and unwelcoming vibe and left just as quickly as I arrived. Will not be returning !!
I followed all the necessary steps to cancel my membership, including speaking to someone IN-PERSON and filling out the cancellation form on their website/app and I am STILL getting charged for membership 2 months later with absolutely ZERO contact or reply from their management.
