Great staff and a great gym overall
I signed up for Southern Meal Prep and came into the gym to pick up my meals. I met with Andrea at the front - very personable and awesome front desk attendant and membership specialist. She gave me a brief tour and welcomed me exceptionally. Glad to say I signed up and hit a workout right away. Shoutout to Southern Meal Prep and Titanz Fitness. Proper partnership for valid reasons.
Titanz is the best gym I ever been a member of. It is one of the best gyms in the Smyrna area. The staff is always friendly. The equipment is in great shape and they are always upgrading the equipment to ensure they offer the best. It’s a supportive and encouraging environment.
