Update to my original review from 7 months ago to which the CEO Joseph A******** responded to by saying the following: "We understand your frustration with this situation, and we are waiting the report from the Insurance Forensic Engineer based on these allegations on how to proceed with this particular issue." I'm not sure what Mr. A******** is even talking about as our insurance claim involves the subcontractor that Titanium/he hired and sent here unbeknownst to us to install a new roof that we contracted Titanium to insta... read more
