Titanium Plumbing replaced my hot water heater and a few months later installed a new water softener and filter. Their work is excellent and so are their people. After an initial visit when our water pressure issue could not be resolved the owner came iout to address the problem at no charge. He determined the issue and Luis A. was the technician that installed our new water softener and filter. The service was excellent from start to finish. My tech Luis was awesome. This is a top notch organization. I would highly recommend them.
We appreciated being told up front about the emergency charge for when I initially called if we needed them same day. Being able to wait until their next appointment time, we avoided that fee and upon arrival were given an estimate after seeing the issue. We had a great experience - Bill was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed everything efficiently and made sure to be mindful of keeping his work space tidy. We will be sure to use Titanium again for our future needs and be sure to recommend!
