Replaced an older leaking water heater with Titanium. They responded promptly to our urgent call in the morning and completed the job the same day. Eric, the technician, was fantastic. He explained our options clearly, worked swiftly but carefully, cleaned up and then made sure I understood how the heater works and key valves, controls, etc. Will definitely use Titanium again, but hopefully won’t be an emergency next time. Bill and team from Titanium were absolutely amazing. We had an emergency, hot water heater was severely leaking and they came same day, and installed a brand new Navien tankless water heater! Entire team was professional, explained everything in detail and everything was neat and clean after the job was complete. Would highly recommend!
