Called with an emergency, a very pleasant person did everything they could to assist me. I have been using Titanium Plumbing EXCLUSIVELY for more than two years now for all my investment properties and personal home. They are transparent, fast, honest and definitely reliable. I've dealt with a few of their techs and honestly I've never been disappointed. Plus, the ladies in the office are amazing.. they know who I am and my properties and details without looking into a computer. That kind of service is hard to come by nowadays. I wouldnt call any other plumber!!
Spoke to Rachael she listened to my plumbing issues and promptly scheduled an appt. When the technician, Rob P., arrived he quickly detected the problem and clearly explained the steps that needed to be taken. He was straightforward, honest, and professional throughout the visit. I really appreciate the prompt service. Highly recommend!
I have used Titanium twice now for drain cleaning. On both occasions, they were prompt and resolved my issues very quickly. I would recommend them.
During the cold freeze this winter we had some pipes freeze and hot water stopped working throughout the entire house. They were able to come out same day and spent 10+ hours working to fix the issue. They ended up having to reroute the pipes and had 3 people over to finalize and check it. They also helped with some other random issues i.e., a kitchen leak and my washer hose had a bubble they replaced free of charge.
