As an older customer, it's really gratifying to see young people running essential businesses so darn well. I absolutely needed a water heater replaced same-day. Called at 7:30 a.m. and basically had a whole team involved by late morning. My wonderful "one-man-show" plumber could not have done this.
Replacing a valve they put a price of 425$ When I asked why they give me a strange explanation that that pipe is connected to water heater. But there is a valve to disconnect water heater from the pipe that needs to be replaced. Then next explanation was to drain the system. It means just open faucet in the basement to drain it and wait 2 mins. It looks to me the overcharge for 20 mins of work 400$. They offered a discount of 50$.
