Very prompt, neat, and did a good job
Jason was very helpful and made me very confident. Raphael was great! He told us what he was doing and how he would do it. I didn't find a speck of dust after. This was so different from my experience with Networx. Their idea of a "Pro", ADA First Class Services, made a mess and ruined my floor. They never contacted me to show responsibility. I will stick with Home Advisor. and Titanium. They are great and did a great job! I can't say enough about Raphael and his work.
Did a good job, on time, polite, and clean
Both Jason, the owner, and Raphael were very professional. They did excellent work in replacing the tiles that were removed by my plumber when the shower package was changed. I would hire the company again.
They were professional from the first contact until they finished the job. They came on time and were courteous. They worked hard to make sure it was done right; asked me to check it several times to make sure that I was happy with the job and then redid a few areas that I pointed out. They worked with us on getting the grout the exactly right color. Very happy with this company and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
The work done I think was very good. The only complaint I have is that I feel the job was incomplete. He did not wipe down the excess grout off the tiles and vacuum up the mess. He told me they don't do that. He left a dusty mess.
They did a very good job
Professional. Timely, efficient and neat. Raphael did a thorough job of regrouting a tile shower. Rare for me to find workmen who came when they said they’d come and charge what they said they’d charge when they took the job.
