I love this place. Been going to Titanium for 5 months now and am seeing my body and strength transform. Love Brian and Melanie’s approach to fitness. They, along with Carly and Isaiah, are concerned about each of us and make sure we are working out within our own capacities. They’re not about pushing us hard as we possibly can or lifting the heaviest weights. It’s all about a sustainable and healthy approach to long term fitness.
Amazing gym and facility! The BEST workout classes and trainers in Albuquerque! My only regret is that I didn’t have find this place sooner.
Well priced & clean with showers (yay!) but not the friendliest bunch, workouts are a bit chaeotic, and follow through is seriously lacking. Mobility manager Tait Yoder is SOLID!
Members reach good results. Instructors are very knowledgeable and great at goal setting and achievement.
What a great program! Brian and Melanie are awesome to work with. Results Driven!
