It went well the girls in the front staff were nice and I got a very good cleaning with the hygienist

Dr. Kim was careless, insensitive, she provided negligent care . She gave me a dental cleaning with no anesthesia and I was in so much pain. I asked her to give me anesthesia and she kept poking me and jabbing in the needle with so much pressure, She kept repeating it wasn't going to hurt, and I guess she meant the exact opposite. To add insult to injury (literally), I told her I cannot use Flouride as I have a thyroid disorder, she said "NO you need fluoride. Dr. Kim is the reason people are terrified of dentist.
