Very poor Customer service. They forward all calls to their answering machine and ignore their voicemail box. And their AC units do not last more then 2 years without having some major issues.
Our AC stopped working, one year after we purchased it. We called for it to be checked. We never able to speak with someone, always had to leave a message and they never responded. This was during the heat wave of summer of 2021.
Titan Upgrades has been a complete nightmare, from purchase to install, to service. Be sure to check and see if they really permitted your install completely through the county too.
