The receptionist was very rude and he actually thought it would be funny to say that Trey passed away and was hit by a greyhound bus. Death is no joking matter. You should never say someone who is alive and well has passed. I personally know someone who was hit by a bus and it is nothing to laugh about. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust this company for a $5.00 part/order!
