RecommendedI just moved in in July, and am so grateful that I did. Though I downsized from my previous apartment, this space feels so much more spacious! With a modern layout, granite countertops, washer and dryer in unit, it definitely feels like home. The staff are always friendly and the community is well lit and clean. So far, I love it!

This is a great place to live. We moved here from out of state and the staff was accommodating and friendly from the first phone call. The apartments are beautiful and the common areas inside and out are well maintained. The staff is kind and courteous. The location is also great with easy access to major highways and lots of shopping. Highly recommended!

Titan Springs is in the perfect location and everyone is super friendly here!
The apartments are beautiful and the location is perfect. Shadow Lake Town Center is minutes away, and immediate access to interstate 370 makes it very easy to get to places like the Gretna outlet malls or downtown Omaha. The one maintenance issue we had was taken care of the quickly and with great communication from the staff. We have had a great experience so far and look forward to the rest of our time at Titan Springs.
