Horrible customer service! Planned a whole tow with my camper to the storage facility after countless correspondence with the phone guy. We told him it was time sensitive and were paying for a $180 tow. We signed the lease agreement with them and then we get to the gate and the phone guy decides to just fall off radar! I needed storage space for a shipping container, & tool trailers. Calling around locally, had about given up. Apparently no one likes shipping containers but me. Who knew? Vernita at Gold Street fixed me up with just what I needed at a great rate. A lifesaver, highly recommend! Edit to add: Used them again at Gold St. With another conex. The above comment is from 5+ yrs ago. Easy in & out, never heard of any theft. Good place. Recommend.
