Excellent customer support by a staff that listens and offers smart insight. During an exhaustive transition on an 80plus degree day, a chair to rest, a cold bottle of water gave renewed determination to finish the day. Questions are immediately and considerately handled. Good crew! Impressive too is the bright cleanliness of the units and buildings. Very glad this storage operation is in our community.
Do not rent here. They charge cards without permission and double the original price. Water in my unit and evidence of someone in my unit. Rat droppings on EVERYTHING. My furniture and clothing ruined.
My partner and I were looking for a well ventilated, and spacious storage. We did just that with Titan Self Storage. Shout out to Scott for giving a family experience!
