Love working for Titan I'm a rehire and been here for almost a year . i work for an amazing bulding and have a great schedule i only hope to continue to grow and try my hand at being a lead officer one day. Your account managers really work hard to help you so don't give up work with them and they will work with you
Worst company I ever worked for. They don't care about their employees. My hours were cut and they left me with working only 24 hours a week instead of trying to see if they could get me more permanent hours. Then call me every time there is call-off like I'm a Flex officer. Even the supervisors hate the company!
Terrible company to work for and I heard so many nice things about them. Be careful because if you apply for a certain position and you get hired most likely they want you to work for something else. I got hired for a commercial site and ended up a flex officer.
Your shift supervisor Michael Wyatt has terrible judgment and is extremely hyper-aggressive. This person has no business being in a security group, especially in a leadership position.
Fuck titan security. They turn over rate is high as hell because they can't keep anybody. They show favoritism to their employees and will fire u for any reason. They don't deserve a full star so my real rating is 1/4 th of a star.
