Excellent company to fix our roof! 10/10 will call again. We had a bad leak from all the rain going through our roof and they came out within 12 hours to fix it! My kids needed naps and were crazy but these guys were so kind and friendly to them. They explained the issue with my bathroom vent leaking and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I have dealt with Titan Roofing several times. They are an outstanding company, they understand what customer service is all about. This time it was a small repair job, the communication, workmanship and price was excellent!
Mike was quick with tarping our roof to avoid additional damage and worked GREAT with the insurance company to make sure they understood how the repair needed to be completed to ensure there were no additional issues in the future. The crew and supplies showed up when they were supposed to and the work was completed on time with attention to detail. They left the site as clean as they found it. I would recommend Titan and will definitely reach out to them again in the future should the need arise.
Titan replaced my roof and gutters last fall. Steve was great to work with bidding the job and helped with a couple of special request for roof antennas I had. Top notch crew finished work quickly and clean up was thorough. Had a hard rain following spring that required a mod and they came out same day no questions asked and made the modification.
