I spoke to a gal named Lindsey about our leaky roof. She mentioned her husband could come take a look at it "today". I called back 2 hrs later to find out around what time he would be stopping by, she said maybe half hr more. I thanked her and said "okay no problem". Unfortunately nobody ever showed up, nor did anyone call to follow up with me. We are so happy with our new roof from Titan Roofing in Wenatchee! They were professional and responsive and did a fantastic job. Their price was competitive too! We were under a very tight timeline as our insurance company was going to drop our policy saying that our outdated roof was a wild fire hazard. New to us home, after our first rain storm we found our home inspections were a waste of money. Leaks coming thru my kitchen cabinets. Called many other "professionals" first. Many missed appointments later I heard about Titan. Literally minutes after I called I heard someone on my roof. Within 60 minutes of me hearing about Titan my roof was repaired. I just had my roof replaced by Titan Roofing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. They did an amazing job, sooner than expected and at a fair and reasonable price. They exceeded my expectations in all aspects from initial phone call to completion. The L&I inspector who came out the next week also commented to me that my new roof was done very well.
