If you want your entire experience to be satisfactory then keep moving, this company isn’t it. Everything but the work itself was abysmal. Quality work but EVERYTHING ELSE was the WORST. Luke Heathcoat was phenomenal, an amazing rep for the company. I would compare my experience with him to purchasing the last of something before it sells out. You aren’t rolling the dice with this company, would highly recommend you reach out to Luke for all things roofing.
When undertaking a major renovation or improvement project on your home, it is always important to know the character of the people working for the company you are dealing with. I urge anyone considering Titan Roofing to Google "Heidi Oliver, Mulberry, AR, 2023." This is Titan's office manager, and you will view public information. Let it guide your decision.
Absolute treasure of people working for them!! Ms. Tammy and her husband had to do a paint and repair on our ceiling. The work was impeccable! We were talking and told them we were going to be grandparents and were going to find out if it was a boy or girl on a Sunday. They called us after the job was all done and asked us about it! You don’t get that kind of personal connection from big companies. The work was amazing and the people even better! Definitely give them a call for all of your needs!! 1000/10 recommend
Owner has a problem with communications. One of the trucks cut me off.
