We came to Titan Roofing after an awful experience with another roofing company. Our experience was like night and day. I can unequivocally say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Titan is not only the best when it comes to the quality of the actual roof but their administration including Shelly in the office and their boots on the ground men are fantastic. They organize and follow up and make sure the customer's needs are always met. I was dreading having to put on a new roof but they made it enjoyable.

Titan crew did a great job installing our roof. They were flexible getting a good weather window. They made sure we were clear and agreed on specific trim work at critical locations. They cleaned up well. We watched 2 other roofing companies install roofs in our neighborhood that had poor follow-up to fi any issues. Titan has a good reputation to follow-up if any is needed.
My mom was having issues with water getting into the roof area over her front porch, and I called to see if someone could come out and check things out. The office staff was friendly and knowledgable, and were up front with the fact that the company wouldn't do small repairs that a handyman could handle, but was willing to send someone out for an estimate since I couldn't tell what the issue was.
