Outstanding work! They spent more time examining the problems with my mother’s current roof and explaining the procedure for installing a superior new roof than other contractors I talked to recently. I hired Titan Roofing for a roof replacement on my home. After the installation, I documented multiple concerns with flashing, dormer transitions, exposed areas, and heavy use of roofing cement/mastic in several locations. Over time, the roof developed leaks around the dormer areas. I repeatedly contacted the company regarding the issues and have documentation showing warranty follow-up notes and inspection discussions. When our 23 year old roof started leaking last fall we called Titan Roofing and they sent a crew right over to put a cover over the leak. Within just a week or so, we had a beautiful new roof on our newly purchased home. The workmanship was terrific and they were all very professional. I would definitely use them again.
