I live at rosemont Berkeley lake in Duluth, Saturday morning we noticed the heather and hot water were not working, called the emergency line for maintenance, one the maintenance guys came out to my unit checked it and said there was nothing he could do because the whole heater needed to be replaced, it’s 10 years old and it needs to be replaced every 10 years! they would order it that day and have it by Monday (today!) he offered us a vacant unit for us to go take hot showers, when I asked about a space heater I was told th... read more

I’m new to the Rosemont Brookhaven community. I’ve visited the property twice for a tour and the staff has been the best. All have been kind and patient during the process. I’m eager to live at this beautiful property.
