Great property management company! Titan managed our rental property while we were living overseas. The knowledge they have from their time in this industry gave me peace of mind that everything was being done legally and in accordance to the laws. There are so many things that happen behind the scenes when dealing with rental houses, and it was such a relief to know that Titan was in charge.
My husband and I lived in a town house managed by Titan Property Management for three years and really enjoyed our experience! Titan was easy to work with, reasonable, and kind.
Oh Lord give me strength. 800+ credit score, more than 4x's the required income and they dragged their feet like limbless tortoises in top shelf molasses. ESA is not welcome. Communication was sketchy at best between Facebook marketplace and email. Nobody ever answered the office phone or text line given. They are thrilled to keep application fees if you don't accept their offer to move in with $3600 deposit because they can't reach a place you lived at for 2 months. Run, run, run. It seems very much to be a scam. Be careful how much information you give them. High application fees. I was told application was excepted but never got a call back to meet them on the day specified. Days later she called my husband to say she had my wrong number. Why didn’t they call my husbands number if they couldn’t get ahold of me. Plus the rules were way out of line.
