Titan has recently taken over management where I have been a long term tenant. The process for billing their office people have put in place is horrendous! Let's make things more difficult so they can charge late fee's. I would not consider any property managed by Titan again!

If you rent from here you will have to run into a woman named Oliva C. at the main office. She is by far the most unpleasant human to speak with. She will not talk to you on the phone and then email you this exactly, "a phone call will not be needed. It does not change what time we are going to enter your home". I would say do not rent here unless she has either been fired for being so wildly unprofessional to paying customers or she has gone to therapy to deal with her demands.

In typical TITAN fashion, they did their best to keep as much of my security deposit as possible (which they like to do to the college kids ), citing 5 reasons. 1. Exterior porch light bulb missing. They charged me $40.00 to literally stand there and screw in a new light bulb. NO LADDER REQUIRED!! (I have pics) 2. $65.00 to replace damaged blinds. There was only ONE damaged blind. Installation would have taken 5 minutes. 3. $15.00 to replace a toilet paper holder, which was already damaged upon move in-(I have pics) (and one... read more

Business response:

All tenants are giving move out procedures with the costs that will be charges for items that need corrected for new tenant. If tenant requested it, we would send copy of pictures taken during electronic check out. During his time living at our property we received numerous complaints about this tenant of verbal abuse toward the other tenant. He failed to meet even minimal income qualifications and was only accepted at the other property based on other tenant's qualifications.

Omg! Where do I begin? I had a client that was looking for a home, after numerous attempts we finally got a hold of SHARON at Titan. She met my client at the property, excepted his application, and said she would email him the background check the following day…. He never received it. After calling back for almost 3 weeks from multiple phone numbers, trying to get a hold of this lady again, she finally answered one of our many text messages. She just kept saying that she sent it, so I asked her to send it to my email instead... read more

Business response:

The problem with the background check was an error by the applicant when they enter the email. We do not re-type an email when we send the background. It goes back to the email that was entered. We did have confusion with this property because the owner sold it and it was not communicated properly with our showing agent. They did not return the fee because this same background/credit check was reviewed for 2 other properties as well, but the applicant did not meet the qualifications. We do not usually refund this fee, but i ... read more
