Horrible with repairs, rips off the tenant upon moving out- do not expect getting anything back. Breaks **************** renter laws upon moving out. Avoid this management company.

We are very helpful and clear on what is and is not normal wear and tear, and what your responsibilities are as a vacating Tenant to try and help. We wish you the best moving forward.
Titan Property Management engages in deceptive, misleading and predatory practices. I am a current renter from them and here is what they have done: Force use of rent collection by direct deposit so they can bill tenants for services. Without the tenant's consent they enroll you in a scam "maintenance" contract and debit $15/month from your account.
