Horrible with repairs, rips off the tenant upon moving out- do not expect getting anything back. Breaks **************** renter laws upon moving out. Avoid this management company.

Titan Property Management engages in deceptive, misleading and predatory practices. I am a current renter from them and here is what they have done: Force use of rent collection by direct deposit so they can bill tenants for services. Without the tenant's consent they enroll you in a scam "maintenance" contract and debit $15/month from your account.
