Every other review I have read echoes what I want to say - Amerigas has NO customer service, Dealing with them is beyond hopeless. Endless run around from "customer service" to "customer advocacy" to "emergency", even the executive offices. Promises are made, but never kept. Calls are not returned - help is NOT on the way. My business would be out of business if it were run this way. Amerigas does not deserve my business or yours. Look elsewhere.
Pitiful company, ordered propane 12/30/20 as of today 1/25/21 an several calls still no propane
I’m waiting for a delivery since Jan 7th When I spoke to customer service today they can’t even tell me where the trucks are and if the drivers have my ticket.They told we have 3 drivers in my county omg my county is Hugh. When we had the office here we just called them and they knew when the driver would be here and being on auto fill we never had to worry about it. Been with them 25 years never had a problem until now. I’m going to buy my 500 gallon tank and get a new provider I can’t take the chance of running out
I’ve never dealt with a business as bad as Amerigas. Never. They promised to check and fill my tank, and for the last three months have allowed my tank to run out of propane - in January, in the Colorado mountains. Their customer service has lied to me, given me false information and simply hung up on me. They have repeatedly promised to deliver propane “tomorrow” only to never show. Out of gas since the begin of December - DO NOT USE THEM !!!! Out of gas since the begin of December. It is impossible to reach anybody. If you do, it is pointless because you get the same answer all the time - "we have forwarded your concern."
AmeriGas is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a utility or contractor of any trade, in my entire life.........and I'm not a young guy. We have not received a delivery since November 7, 2020. We are automatic fill customers, paid up to date in full. January 3rd, 2021 I got a text from AmeriGas that a delivery was imminent, that delivery never happened. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Paid in advance and still no gas for a 68 yr. Old customer. Called and can't get any help. Could take my money but can't get gas. It s been 1 and a half weeks. Told me it d be delivered today but still no gas! I will be changing companies and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Amerigas took one month to deliver my propane and then they overcharged me for 13.5 gallons that they did not fill. I checked my tank the day before they came and I had 17 gallons in it. The next day they filled my tank to 75 gallons - a total of 58 gallons. They charged me for 71.5 gallons. I called and spoke with someone and she said she filed a claim and someone would deal with it. That was weeks ago. I left an email but they never responded. Worst service ever. We called for a propane fill on 1/11/21 and were told someone would be out within 14 days. On 1/18/21 a driver came and looked at the wrong tank and decided he couldn’t access it due to 1” of snow and left. We called the emergency number And spoke to 8 different reps to explain the situation that the driver looked at the wrong tank and the driveway was perfectly clear to the correct tank.
