Thr best plumbing service in NJ. Titan plumbing fixed and diagnosed a very bad leak in our house and came out quickly after I called them. Very reasonable with their prices and knew exactly what the issue was with our leak. I would 1000% recommend them. They are true professionals!
Contrary to some of the big brand plumbing agencies that are spread throughout NJ and charge big $$$ for their services, Titan seems to be a smaller individually run business that did the same work with satisfactory results at a considerably lower cost. They took the effort to answer all the questions and concerns without being pushy.
Would never recommend them. Did work for me and never quoted me a price until work was finished. Over charged me ,took advantage of a senior citizen. Beware Of this company. Far better companies out there, do your homework.
FYI, when I don’t answer to your phone, this is because you are spamming me well into the night. When I do answer the call, you don’t get to disrespect me. Your saltiness was unnecessary. Now, I leave you a poor review for your manner. And take note of your reviews, your competitors are far better and friendlier after speaking to 6 different people. I can’t imagine what you would do if I ever gone ahead with you.
I wouldn’t even give them one star! They did work at my house once before and their price was reasonable but the second time they came to do a job that required very minimal work. He charged me almost $1000! -swapping my kitchen faucet and a band in the bathroom shower since it was leaking. He told me the job usually would last three hours (for the bathroom) but because the job only lasted less than an hour ( if that ) he still had to charge me the same rate.
