I came home last night to a flood in the laundry/furnace room. The hot water heater flooded the room. I was able to control it and clean up the mess...wondering how long this would take to get fixed. Sent a text to Jimmy and he was there at 8am with a new water heater. In a few hours it was replaced. The former GE water heater was a piece of junk and the water was warm at best. Titan Plumbing came highly recommended from a local neighbor. I called to schedule a new toilet installation because we had a leak around the base. Titan was able to accomodate our schedule and came next day! Upon arrival Titan introduced himself and went to work. Upon installing the new Kohler toilet he pointed out the problem. The previous plumbers flange connection was not level! This caused a poor seal and we suffered a leak. Thank you Titan for solving the issue and installing our new toilet. I recently had an electrical fire in my basement. We knew it happened due to a leak somewhere in my kitchen. Jimmy arrived shortly after I called and was able to locate a cracked pipe under my sink. I have known Jimmy since high school and he is a great guy so I trusted him. Not only did he have the problem resolved quickly, but his pricing was fair as well. I’m so thankful for the service provided and I truly recommend Titan Plumming to anyone needing plumbing services.
Jimmy does outstanding work. He is always available at a moment's notice, and we have called upon him during a number of emergencies and he always showed up right away. I can't say enough good things about his service. Always dependable, reliable, and high quality work! I highly recommend him.
