We called Titan in an emergency, after normal business hours, Jimmy the owner responded immediately and was on site within the hour of our first call. When he arrived, he immediately assessed the issue and took action to remedy the problem. He was able to unblock our main drain and did a complete inspection to make sure there wasn't more than one issue. Jimmy is not only very responsive which is hard to find in any type of business, he knows his stuff and comes out fast. In the plumbing world, when a homeowner is having an issue, it's usually an emergency so it's great having someone reliable. He has fixed our furnace, pipes under our sink, snaked our toilet and fixed our water heater. Not only that but my family has started using him as well. Definitely recommend!
We recently needed our water heater replaced and contacted Titan plumbing. Jimmy, the owner, was great. He came to our house the same day we called and the next morning our new water heater was installed. Based on our experience I would recommend Titan plumbing to others.
Thr best plumbing service in NJ. Titan plumbing fixed and diagnosed a very bad leak in our house and came out quickly after I called them. Very reasonable with their prices and knew exactly what the issue was with our leak. I would 1000% recommend them. They are true professionals!
