I rang Titan on Wednesday to book a repair for my taps. I spoke with Ashleigh, who said they could do it that same day. I mentioned that I was at work, and Ashleigh arranged for Tim to collect my keys from my workplace, as he was working in the area. Now that is service! Thanks, Ashleigh and Tim!
