Called Titan Plumbing about an issue that wasn't resolved. I own a rental unit in HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL and Titan replaced my water heater in December of 2017. Under warranty, I had to call them back because the tenants reported a gas smell. Titan came back that evening and admitted that they did not install a component properly.
