Shawn and Tony came today, very well prepared and professional. They did everything they were supposed to do and left very good instructions. We live out on the country so this was a challenge to get done. Shawn is even going to get a special piece of equipment to go even further to protect our home. I really appreciate that. I had a great experience with Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions. Scheduling was incredibly quick — they were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. Brandyn was the technician who came to my home, and he was fantastic; friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the treatment process clearly. I appreciated his thoroughness and the care he took with the service.

The technician Brandyn was very friendly and professional. Told me how he would address the underground Yellow Jacket nest in my backyard and told me what to expect. He even gave me some information on how to get rid of the spiders and other past around my home. He was very personable and just really easy to talk to he even showed me how his phone work he had the neatest phone and was able to conduct business and assure me that my past problem would be addressed.
