Great experience from the start. Jay did a thorough inspection, identified mice, squirrels, and birds in my attic and clearly documented all entry points and needed repairs. Brandyn followed up by setting humane traps and sealing everything properly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!
Dennis came to our home to follow-up on a job well done and completed by Titan back in December. We were not at home because of some miscommunication. He contacted me by phone to let me know that it was okay and to just call and reschedule the service. He was polite and courteous at all times and was eager to make sure we were satisfied.
Jay is the very best . The scheduling was on time. Due to the weather this week. . He set up squirrel trap and reinforced the hole that the squirrels chewed through. He sealed other gaps. Trust me .. use Titan. Yes .. I’m a retired Military. And believe me. Great job Jay!!!
Titan Pets & Wildlife Solutions is excellent at selling their services and collecting payment but that’s where the professionalism ends. They promptly scheduled the initial visit after requiring a 50% upfront payment, and conveniently collected the remaining 50% immediately after that first visit. However, once payment was complete, communication and follow up through completely stopped.
