I had a great experience with Dan Ilges today. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing during the service. He treated the exterior of my home and bait stations carefully and made sure everything was properly set up. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend his service to others. Five-star experience!

Great experience from the start. Jay did a thorough inspection, identified mice, squirrels, and birds in my attic and clearly documented all entry points and needed repairs. Brandyn followed up by setting humane traps and sealing everything properly. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!

I take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but this company relies on "sneaky" tactics rather than honest communication. After reflecting on my experience from the end of January, I feel it’s important to warn others about how this business operates. Brandyn and his team came out within 12 hours of calling to help us with an insect issue. Brandyn diagnosed the problem and went into details on why the issue occurred. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise and goes the extra mile to help his clients understand any and all bug, insect, and wildlife concerns in the areas around the house.
