RecommendedIf you’re looking for the most professional shop in the New York area - this is your place. Everything about this place screams professional. All of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. After trying to get a quote to install my air ride from about 5 different places. Titan sat down with me, went over everything I wanted, and knocked it out of the park. This is now my go to shop for everything. John and Craig rock!
I had an awesome experience and I knew that my vehicle was in good hands. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to take their vehicle one step further and on the path to becoming a Titan!
Excellent work and customer setvice.
Great detail work. Very thorough. Clean clean clean shop. Friendly employees. They do high end and ‘regular’ cars like mine. They offer other services like brakes tires exhausts remote starters etc. never disappointed.
Big thanks to Titan Motorworks of Rochester for everything they did for me this past weekend. John and Shane went above and beyond to help get my car in tip top shape, not only working on what I originally brought it in for but going over the whole car top to bottom. You guys are awesome, really enjoyed hanging out at the shop with everyone. I’m really looking forward to coming back for some more work and possibly some cruise-ins🤙.

We recently had our Ram 2500 Cummins undercoated at Titan. They only use top of the line product & take the time to mask anything that shouldn't be sprayed (unlike other places). We are very pleased with the quality of the service and their price was more than reasonable, especially since it includes a lifetime warranty & annual resprays if needed. Their entire staff has been wonderful, they have answered any of our questions & are always very friendly. Highly recommend!
I took my brand new Jeep Wrangler MOAB into Titan for undercoating and ceramic pro coating and couldn’t be more happier with the outcome! The attention to detail with the application of both products was phenomenal and far exceeds any competitor in the area! I have had other previously owned vehicles undercoated in the past with local competitors and was extremely unhappy with the results as the products were carelessly applied leaving my vehicle a mess!
