We have been experiencing very cold weather and Matt, from Titan Saved the day. Prompt, courteous, handled things expertly at a very, very good price. Thank you for your help. Plan on doing business with you in the future.
After 2 day's of no heat, and another company telling me I needed a whole new furnace for almost 7k. I called Titan after I was recommended . Matt came out, and found I needed a $200 part. Got the part and had heat on in an hour! Matt, was so great. Yes ma'am, kind of guy & explained everything so I could understand. Thank you Matt so much, and Titan.
Matt was our service and install tech. We feel he was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure we understood the functions and programming with our propane furnace and mini splits. Great young man .
Yesterday, I had Titan Heating and Air Conditioning out to move the outside A/C Unit at my Dad's House. With Daddy at home on Hospice it was extremely important to this right. They sent an expert in his field and the best man for the job, Matt!!! What an amazing man and employee. He was completely professional and was able to complete his task with ease.
