Titan Healthcare has some amazing providers, but their approach to HRT for trans folks requires being billed as transsexualism using your assigned sex at birth. This is at odds with recommendations from the LGBTQ Commission, and extremely dangerous given the current political climate nationally. In my situation, I am done with transitioning. I am new to the area and called to see if they take my insurance. The woman cut me off mid sentence and was really rude. She had an attitude. Stay away. They need customer service classes.
